Make an enquiryHow ReferralPath works
Every enquiry comes to our team first, and nothing reaches a provider until the required permission has been recorded.
Search by town, area or postcode district, or browse by category.
Each listing shows approved public details and the availability the provider last confirmed.
Send one enquiry and we take it from there; the provider makes the final decision.
Individuals can enquire for themselves, and professional referrers can refer someone they support.
Both lead to the same secure form, and the same team screens every enquiry.
Housing associations, charities and supported-housing services can join the network and consider referrals that match their criteria. We advertise accommodation only with the provider’s written permission.
Trust and consent
We coordinate enquiries across participating providers. We do not own, operate or provide accommodation or support ourselves.
The provider assesses suitability and makes the acceptance decision, so a listing is never an offer of accommodation.
Identifiable information reaches a provider only after the required permission has been recorded.
Each status is stated by the provider and re-checked within seven days, so treat anything older as unconfirmed.
Matching is non-decisioning and ReferralPath cannot guarantee accommodation or a placement.
Individuals and professional referrers can both get in touch, and we will talk it through with you.
